1. The service
FixMySpeakerPlus provides browser-based audio playback, channel checks, microphone testing, tone generation and troubleshooting guidance. No visitor registration or payment is required for the tools currently offered. You need a compatible browser, suitable audio hardware and control of the device you test. Some functions depend on browser support or permissions; not all devices reproduce every frequency or separate stereo channels.
2. Observations are not a repair or diagnosis
The tools help you observe sound behavior. They do not certify that a speaker is clean or dry, remove all moisture, restore damaged hardware, evaluate hearing or replace professional inspection. A finished countdown means playback ended. A moving microphone meter means the browser received a signal. Neither is a certification of device condition. Water Eject is a sound playback tool, not a manufacturer-approved repair service unless a manufacturer expressly says otherwise.
3. Responsible playback
Start with low device and tool volume. Increase only to a comfortable level and stop immediately if the sound is unpleasant. A percentage on the page controls the digital signal; it is not a calibrated sound-pressure or hearing-safety measurement. Do not use the tone generator to test the limits of your hearing, speakers or headphones. Do not direct loud sounds at other people or animals. If a device is wet, hot, damaged or displaying a liquid warning, follow the manufacturer’s instructions before testing; do not use these tools to bypass a safety warning.
4. Microphone and downloaded files
Use the microphone test only with permission from anyone whose voice could be recorded. The tool processes audio locally and does not upload it to us. You control any recording you download and are responsible for storing or sharing it lawfully. Browser microphone permission can be revoked through the browser’s site settings. 5. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to violate another person’s rights, send unlawful or abusive messages, introduce malicious code, overload the service or attempt unauthorized access to administrator systems. Do not submit passwords, payment information, confidential records or unnecessary sensitive data through the contact form. Ordinary linking to our public pages and lawful use of the tools are welcome.
6. Content and third-party services
Our name, interface and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party assets remain subject to their licenses and owners’ rights. Links to manufacturer or browser support are provided for reference; they do not imply sponsorship or affiliation. External services may have separate terms. Any future advertising must be distinguishable from tool controls and does not constitute an endorsement by us.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the site useful and correct, but may change, suspend or remove a feature and cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of a particular outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction continue to apply.
8. Questions, disputes and updates
Contact support@fixmyspeakerplus.com first about a website problem so we can consider it. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or take away a right to use a competent court or regulator. Applicable law determines jurisdiction and any mandatory rights. We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements; the effective date identifies the current text.
